Hi, I am Shereen. My goal is to meet you wherever you are on your life's journey and assist you in moving seamlessly and effortlessly towards your next juncture. I am fully committed to providing psychotherapy to adults who are grappling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. Additionally, I offer psychedelic integration therapy to adults who have had non-ordinary experiences from psychedelics, ketamine, plant medicines, meditation and breath work. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree in Social Work, I have accumulated eight years of experience in the field. Over the course of my professional life, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and groups, gaining a diverse range of insights and expertise. My approach is integrative, drawing upon various modalities of therapy to assist individuals in reaching their unique goals. These modalities include, but are not limited to Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ecotherapy, Organic Intelligence (OI), Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, as well as mindfulness and somatic-based practices. It is worth mentioning that I am trained as a Level 1 Therapist in IFS, basic trained in EMDR and trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. My therapeutic approach is characterized by warmth, unwavering support, down-to-earth guidance, and humor. I am licensed to provide therapy in Arizona (LCSW-18880) and in Colorado (CSW-09929263). I offer therapy sessions through telehealth for residents of Colorado and provide both in-person and telehealth sessions for residents of Arizona. My motto is “the job is enjoyment." I enjoy spending time with family and friends, including my dogs, traveling, growing indoor plants, reading, and relishing in nature.
